Submission Guide

Phase 1: Full Project Submission

Initial Plan submission (between August 7- August 12, 2025) Final Deadline: August 18, 2025

This is the core submission that all participating teams must complete. It will be used to evaluate and shortlist finalists for the Bangalore final presentation. The shortlist will be released only after final submission.

What You Must Submit

Initial Plan Submission (between August 7- August 12, 2025)

  1. Paper proposal (~4-6 pages), clearly define:
    1. The problem you’re solving
    2. Your idea and solution overview
    3. High-level architecture or approach
    4. High level (Technical details optional) prospective implementation plan
    5. Who are you solving for? (e.g., farmer, advisor, policymaker, vendors, financiers)

  2. Reference Datasets
    1. List all public datasets used (training/tuning/reference)
    2. Provide links and documentation
    3. Brief note on how each was used

Final Hackathon Submission (Deadline: August 18, 2025)

  1. Longform Solution Synopsis (~6-8 pages), describe:
    1. Your proposed implementation
    2. Key design decisions and details
    3. Limitations and known issues
    4. Future work you envision
    5. The synopsis should mention in detail the novel aspects of the idea implementation, and focus on the most important aspects of the technical details.

  2. Demo Video (3–5 minutes)
    1. Walkthrough of your working prototype
    2. Show key use cases where your solution responds intelligently
    3. Simulate the real-world usage (e.g., farmer asks a question)
    4. Limitations and future work. Extra points to show failures of your solution and their fixes.

  3. Reproducible Codebase:
    1. A GitHub repo or zipped folder
    2. Clear directory structure with a README
    3. Setup/installation instructions
    4. Scripts for training, inference, and any supporting tools
    5. Optional: A hosted version of Collab Notebook demo link

  4. Access & Hosting Details
    1. If your system is hosted, provide a link and login info (if needed)
    2. Otherwise, provide reproducible local setup instructions

Phase 2: Finalist Presentation in Bangalore (August 28, 2025)

The shortlisted teams will be invited to present their projects live in Bangalore.

Final Presentation Expectations

  • You will get 8 minutes to present, followed by a 7-minute Q&A.
  • Time limits will be strictly enforced to ensure fairness.
  • Your slides should cover:

Slide Content

  1. The Idea: What are you solving? Why does it matter?
  2. The Problem: Pain points in the current system for farmers or advisors.
  3. Your Solution: How your AI/agent-based system works.
  4. Data Sources: What data did you use? Any preprocessing done, challenges encountered?
  5. Technology & Architecture: Your design choices, models used, tech stack.
  6. Overcoming Challenges: Hallucinations, inconsistencies, scalability, etc.
  7. Demo Walkthrough: Highlight a few unique queries/use cases.
  8. Impact on End User: What experience does the farmer or official get?
  9. Future Scope: Where can this go? What’s next to make it production-ready?
  10. Reflections: Key learnings and insights from this Hackathon.
